Shouldn't the Commerce Quarter have a section for trade offers?

I've got a ton of wine I want to get rid of.

Commerce Section is live - I might rename it later. I am also working on some new Emotions. I will be removing all the default ones as they suck.

<---- When replying on the full reply screen its to the right, otherwise the little smiley face on the tools panel. click 'View more emoticons (that will be removed when i delete the old ones) and you'll find Ikariam specific ones to use.
